How to Use UpyogiTools
You do not need an account. Choose a tool, work locally in your browser and download the result to your device.
Five simple steps
- 1Choose the right tool
Tap a card, use the category menu, or type your need in UpyogiGuide at the bottom-right.
- 2Add a file from your device
The browser reads the selected file locally. UpyogiTools does not upload tool files to its server.
- 3Adjust the options
Set dimensions, quality, page range, layout, colour or other settings shown by that tool.
- 4Preview and verify
Check names, page order, crop area, dimensions and appearance before downloading.
- 5Download and clear
Save the result, then close or refresh the tab to release the temporary working data from browser memory.

The assistant uses an on-device intent matcher. It supports common English, Hindi and Hinglish words and spelling variations. It does not call an external AI service and does not save your conversation.
Move floating buttons when they cover your work
Hold the small dotted handle above the social icons, then drag the complete group anywhere on the visible screen.
Drag the dotted handle next to Smart Help. On desktop, its chat panel automatically opens toward the free side of the screen.
The handles work with mouse, touchscreen and stylus. Keyboard users can focus a handle and use the arrow keys; Shift + Arrow moves it faster.
Double-click or double-tap the dotted handle to return that floating control to its default position.
The selected positions are remembered only in the current browser and automatically stay within the visible screen after resizing or rotating the device.
Privacy and encryption—what each protection does
Normal tool files remain in the current browser session and are not sent to the UpyogiTools server.
Temporary object URLs are revoked and sensitive form fields are cleared when the page is closed or left.
Use this when you want an encrypted downloadable copy. It uses AES-256-GCM with a password-derived key.
Use a visible watermark before public sharing. Encryption cannot prevent copying after a recipient decrypts a file.
Exam forms, batch ZIP and offline use
Add a candidate photo and optional signature, then enter the exact pixel and KB limits shown in the official notification. Download both in one ZIP.
Apply one resize, fit, format and KB setting to up to 30 images, then download all results in one ZIP.
When your browser offers Install App, use it once while online. Cached public tools can then open without a connection.
Contact submission, admin access and newly published online content require an active connection.
Smart Question Paper Maker
Enter school, exam, class and subject details; create sections; then add MCQ, short, long, case-based, assertion–reason or practical questions.
Numbering and marks totals update automatically. The status bar warns when question marks are below or above the paper's maximum marks.
Use Save Draft for browser storage, keep recent versions, duplicate a paper, or download an editable .qpaper project. Clearing browser data can remove local drafts.
Use Print / Save PDF for the final paper, Download DOCX for an editable Word file, and Show answer key when a marking scheme is required.
