Welcome to UpyogiTools (the "Service"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and tools. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
The Service provides free online tools for editing images and PDF files, local file encryption, cropping, resizing, watermarking, merging, conversion, QR code generation, and social caption formatting. You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You retain all ownership rights to the files and content you process using the Service. Because tool processing happens in your browser, you are solely responsible for the content you load, create, encrypt or save. We do not claim any ownership over your content and do not monitor it in normal browser-based use.
You are responsible for retaining encryption passwords and backup copies. We cannot recover a forgotten password or restore an encrypted file that is lost or corrupted.
You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to the content you process and that such content does not infringe any third-party rights or violate any law.
Feedback remains yours. By submitting it, you permit us to read it, respond to it and use its ideas to improve the Service. We will not publish your name, email address or message as a testimonial without separate permission.
The Service, including its design, layout, text, graphics, and underlying code (excluding third-party open-source libraries and your own content), is the property of UpyogiTools and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. The open-source libraries used by the Service are licensed under their respective licenses (see our LICENSES file). You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the Service itself without permission.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that results will meet your expectations.
WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram may change their supported text behaviour. Generated formatting should be previewed after pasting; UpyogiTools cannot guarantee that every platform will display every Unicode character or marker identically.
UpyogiGuide is a local rule-based feature finder, not a human adviser or a general-purpose artificial-intelligence service. It may suggest an imperfect match, so you should verify the selected tool before processing important work.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UpyogiTools shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service — even if advised of the possibility of such damages. You use the Service entirely at your own risk, and you are responsible for keeping backup copies of your important files.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites. Bundled open-source libraries are served locally and retain their own licences. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of external websites. Accessing them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
The current build does not include advertising or third-party ad-network scripts. If advertising is introduced later, the relevant disclosures and privacy information will be updated before or when those services become active. We will not be responsible for third-party advertisements or the products and services they promote.
All currently available tools are free. Donate is a Coming Soon feature and no payment is currently accepted. Any future donation will be voluntary and subject to clearly displayed payment-provider terms and disclosures.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless UpyogiTools from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time; changes take effect when posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Uttar Pradesh, India.
The project-specific UpyogiTools branding, interface and original code are associated with Gagan Bhardwaj and UpyogiTools. Bundled open-source components remain owned by their respective authors and are used under the licence notices supplied with this project. Platform and product names are used descriptively and do not imply sponsorship or affiliation.
